Facebook Terms and Conditions

a. The Competition is open to everyone aged 18 or over who are resident in Northern Ireland and are members of Facebook. Competition not open to employees of NatWest group of companies of Pure Derry, their families or anyone associated with this prize competition.

b. Entry is via Facebook only. One entry per person. Entries must be submitted by visiting www/facebook.com/PureDerry, posting a comment, answering the competition question on the Pure Derry Facebook invitation post ‘Ulster Bank £20 note prize competition’, competition closes on 25.10.20.

c. Entries are not returnable. They, and the copyright for them, become the property of the promoter and entrants agree to execute such further documents, and do any act that may be necessary or desirable, to ensure ownership of such copyright vests in the Promoter.

d. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged.

e. There is a total of 20 prizes. They will be awarded to the entrants who correctly answer the question and who, in the judge’s opinion writes/provides image for the most apt answer. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

f. The prize is a £20 takeaway pizza vouchers.

g. The winners will be chosen by an independent judge on 26.10.20 from all the correct answers submitted and received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

h. The winner will be notified via a reply to their winning comment on Facebook by 18:00 on 27.10.20. The winner must then contact Pure Derry by reply within 3 days of the notification. The prize (a £20 takeaway pizza vouchers) will be posted to the winner’s chosen address by 25.11.20. Entrants should note that in the case of being contacted about their prize, they will be contacted by representatives of Pure Derry.

i. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available such information as is necessary to demonstrate that a valid award took place including, if appropriate, the surname of the winner(s) and copies of the winning entries.

j. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook is in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion. However, all entrants shall comply with Facebook’s terms and conditions throughout this promotion.

k. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.

l. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

m. All times referenced in these Terms and Conditions are to London, UK- time.

n. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and/or disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.

o. The promoter is Creative Metrics Limited. Registered in Northern Ireland. Registered office 7-8 Magazine Street Derry, BT486HJ.

In processing your personal data for this purpose we are pursuing our legitimate interest in promoting awareness of the bank and its products and services. In the event you win, we may also use your personal data for the purposes of announcing the result and awarding and providing the prize.
